Provider login authenticates account access. Separate evidence review supports identity and professional checks. No verification process can remove every risk, so stay thoughtful about what you share.
End or block
Either member can end a conversation immediately. Blocking also prevents future matching and closes active contact between the pair. The other person is not told who blocked.
Report concerns
Reports can include a category, private narrative, and selected conversation messages. Reporting is separate from blocking so you remain in control of both choices.
Immediate danger
DOUBLEYES is not an emergency service. If you or someone else is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services and a trusted person. Production support and escalation contacts must be added before launch.
